Architecture Tours: The public squares and the city map – Heritage on hold

Stepping through Union Square, St.George Square, Freedom Square and Victory Square will bring to the forefront the history of the oldest neighborhood in the city and its immediate surroundings. The evolution of the markets is a pretext to develop the core themes of urban identity, how public space is shaped, and how the inhabitants of Timisoara use the public areas.
